Fees and Insurance

The fee for an individual 50-minute psychology session is $235.

Fees may vary by psychologist or service. The applicable fee will be clearly communicated before your first appointment.

We will provide an official receipt that you may submit to your insurer for reimbursement.

Cancellation policy

Mountain Pathways Wellness has a 24-hour cancellation policy. We recognize that in your busy life appointments may need to be cancelled and/or rescheduled. We would greatly appreciate it if you are able to provide more than 24-hours notice prior to your appointment. Early cancellations allow your appointment spot to be filled by someone who may benefit from our services.
